Your privacy.
Your choices.

Selected here. Kept here.

The custom-art configurator reads the photo or style reference you choose to display and check it in your browser. This preview does not upload those files or send an artwork request. Leaving or refreshing the page clears its selected photos.

Downloading or saving your art choices includes your selected style, artist/name text, colours and format. It excludes photo bytes, reference files and your delivery email. A downloaded text summary includes filenames; keep source files separately.

Public style examples, the homepage comparison and wallpaper files are portfolio media. They are separate from customer photos.

You decide what stays.

Arctic Universe adds no advertising cookies, analytics scripts or embedded TikTok player. Images are served from this site; the TikTok link only opens TikTok when you follow it. The hosting/sign-in platform may use necessary cookies or storage; its exact inventory and processing details must be confirmed before public launch.

By default, favourite artworks are kept for this visit and art choices stay on the current page. If you enable device saves, favourites can be remembered and the configurator can save your art choices when you press its save button. These records are stored in this browser, not submitted as an order.

Only the permission record is checked before optional saved records are accessed. Permission expires after 180 days; expired records are cleared when this preference is next checked. Switching device saves off deletes stored favourites and art choices. Downloaded files are unaffected. Your browser can also clear this site's storage.

No newsletter subscription, email message or payment is created by these controls.

Know what your link includes.

Gallery links can include an artist search, collection, view and sorting choices. These parameters can appear in browser history, copied links and technical page requests. Clear a search before sharing if you do not want its text included.

Artwork links identify public portfolio images. They do not contain your locally selected customer photo, delivery email or art-direction draft. A phone crop is a separate PNG prepared in your browser from a public original, without the decorative phone graphics. It does not change the stored original and can omit its source metadata. Downloaded originals, phone crops, ZIP files and exported settings are files on your device; browser-storage controls do not delete those downloads.

Serving this website.

The preview is hosted through ChatGPT Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and sign-in involve technical requests; available server logs can include request addresses, browser information, routes, times, status codes and errors. Provider roles, retention periods, processing locations, legal bases and any international-transfer safeguards still need to be confirmed and included in the final policy.

The owner studio is protected and manages public portfolio files. Customer-photo storage, real checkout, customer accounts, email delivery and newsletter signup are not connected.

A complete policy comes next.

Before public launch, the operator must identify the controller and a contact address, explain processing purposes and legal bases, recipients, retention and applicable transfers, and set out the relevant data rights and complaint route. Depending on the processing, GDPR rights include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent.

The operator name, serviceable postal address and contact email have not been configured. They must be supplied before a public launch. Your optional device-storage choice can be withdrawn above immediately.
